Los Altos Hills residents – and interested parties – are invited Wednesday afternoon (April 29) to a virtual town hall meeting conducted via Zoom teleconference.
Hills Mayor Michelle Wu said the goal of the meeting is public outreach.
“I know our town residents can find the answer by calling or by our website, but having a virtual town meeting is a gesture to reach out to the public and say, ‘Hey, we’re here. We care. We want to say hi to you. If you need help, let us know,’” she said.
Participants will learn about measures town and regional leaders are taking to safeguard residents during the coronavirus pandemic. Among invited guests are Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Rich Urena, State Sen. Jerry Hill and Dr. Hugo Yang, a Palo Alto Medical Foundation concierge medicine physician with knowledge of COVID-19.
Tune in from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday by visiting bit.ly/April29LAHTownHall. The meeting ID is 933 0410 7325 and the password is 94022. Alternatively, participants can join by calling (669) 900-6833.
