Mountain View Police seek a hit-and-run suspect who struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Castro Street and El Camino Real last week.

The pedestrian suffered minor abrasions to the foot and hand, according to police.

The collision occurred sometime between 3:15 and 3:40 p.m. June 11, police said. The pedestrian was walking westbound on El Camino in the marked crosswalk; the suspect was making a right turn onto Castro.

The vehicle is described as a white, four-door sedan driven by an Asian woman – estimated to be 40-50 years old – with long dark hair, according to police. She was last seen traveling south on Castro.

Sgt. Saul Jaeger said Tuesday (June 16) that police had “no leads” in the case and are “still looking for potential witnesses.”

Police urge witnesses or anyone with additional information on the collision to call traffic officer Dan Garcia at 903-6344, ext. 6763, and reference case number 15-3205.
