City is not running ongoing survey, spokeswoman says

Although residents may have received phone calls, text messages or emails requesting their views on community satisfaction in Los Altos, the survey was not a city effort, according to spokeswoman Erica Ray.

On the neighborhood site Nextdoor, Ray referred residents to the last survey contracted by the city through Godbe Research in 2017.
