Measure C passes

Cupertino Union School District, which serves a portion of south Los Altos, passed their $125 parcel tax. Final numbers report that 70.06 percent (20,122) voted yes, while 29.94 percent (8,598) voted against the Measure C. The six-year parcel tax will benefit the district $4.4 million annually. The Cupertino Union School District includes Montclaire Elementary School and Cupertino Middle School – both serve Los Altos students.
