Town Crier Report
The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts last week canceled all of its events through May 3.
In a press release issued April 15, MVCPA officials said the center’s reopening “will be based on additional information from the health agencies in coordination with city staff and the associated production companies on a case-by-case basis.”
Canceled events include TheatreWorks Silicon Valley’s “Ragtime” (originally set to run April 1 through May 3), the City of Mountain View Youth Advisory Committee’s Teen Open Mic Night (Friday) and The Links Foundation’s Celebrating the Arts Spring Recital (Sunday).
Patrons who purchased tickets for any of these events will be contacted individually.
