Officers located a vehicle matching the resident’s description. After an enforcement stop on Foothill Expressway and Grant Road, police identified the driver as Troy Fletcher, 40, pictured at far left, and the passenger as Alphonso Odom, 46, pictured at left. Both suspects are from Oakland.
An investigation revealed that Fletcher was driving with a suspended license and was in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Odom initially provided false identification to officers, who discovered that he had two outstanding felony warrants for his arrest – for burglary and identity theft, according to police. Fletcher was released with a citation and Odom was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
