The Grateful Garment Project (TGGP), a local nonprofit devoted to restoring dignity to survivors of sexual violence, human trafficking and commercially exploited children, has scheduled their annual “DigniTea” fundraiser 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at Los Altos United Methodist Church.

The DigniTea fundraiser supports TGGP’s programs, which assist an average of 50 victims daily. This sobering number reflects the urgency of their work; with the community’s support, they can continue providing these crucial services. The afternoon will include tea, savory bites, laughter and connection. As a highlight, guests can participate in a silent auction featuring an array of items ideal for early holiday shopping.

Beyond the tea and treats, this event brings together community members who share a commitment to empowering survivors and driving change.

“Every ticket purchased, every bid placed and every smile shared strengthens our collective efforts to support survivors,” said TGGP board member Cheryl Mathews. “Together, we can make a profound difference in their lives, one cup of tea at a time.”
