See the town hit the streets

Town Crier staff, the Los Altos Parks and Recreation Department and community members all submitted photos.

Mayor Val Carpenter greeted the runners, walkers, strollers and canines who massed at the starting line in Community Plaza for the 9 a.m. gun. And throughout the race, boy scouts provided water for participants. Los Altos’ Recreation Department sponsors the event, and resident Betty Hsu provided the photo at right.
