Get your shutters ready

Pick up an entry form at the library, 13 S. San Antonio Road, and submit your work by Feb. 17. Photos from around town will go on display through March, with the public voting to pick a winner for each category. The photo at right might be Town Crier Photographer Elliott Burr’s pick for his own work this year – Grant Park play captures a fun, and tender, side of the city.
