The city of Los Altos is advertising five below-market-rate condos as part of its BMR Purchase Program. Eligible applicants include school staffs, city of Los Altos employees and first responders; and persons who live and/or work in Los Altos.
The units for sale include a 1-bedroom, low-income condo priced at $231,102; a studio, 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom moderate condos priced at $447,341, $529,479 and $611,392.
The maximum low-income limits are $96,000 annually (1 person), $109,700 (2 persons) and $123,400 (3 persons). The maximum moderate-income limits are $153,200 (1 person), $174,050 (2 persons), $195,800 (3 persons).
