Sister Cities is an ambassadorial organization that has formed partnerships with cities in Russia, Taiwan, England and Australia. Pictured here among the attendees are, from left, Los Altos Councilman Kurt Colehower, Los Altos Hills Councilman Jean Mordo and his wife Barbara, Duffy Price and John Harpootlian of Los Altos Hills and Maureen Jones, president of All Horizons Travel in downtown Los Altos.
