Residents are invited to support Homestead High School Winter Percussion by participating in a Goodwill donation and e-waste collection event on Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Homestead High School Horseshoe, 21370 Homestead Road, Cupertino. The event will end earlier if donation trucks reach capacity.
Community members can donate gently used adult and children’s clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, books, small household countertop appliances and approved e-waste and electronics. Accepted electronics include computers, laptops, monitors, televisions up to 55 inches, cell phones, printers, cameras, gaming systems, cables and other small electronic devices.
Items that cannot be accepted include furniture, mattresses, large appliances, exercise equipment, automotive parts, batteries, hazardous chemicals or liquids, food, construction debris, pet-related items, strollers, wheelchairs and items weighing more than 50 pounds.
The drive provides an opportunity to declutter responsibly while helping raise funds and support activities for Homestead High School’s Winter Percussion program.
