NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY NEAR THE CITY OF LOS ALTOS
On December 9, 2014, no earlier than 9:30 a.m., the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara will hold a public hearing at the County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 70 West Hedding Street, San Jose, CA 95110.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider evidence relating to the proposed vacation of a portion of Country Club Drive. The application for vacation proposes that the most southeasterly ten feet of Country Club Drive, located off the roadway surface in front of the property located at 1536 Country Club Drive be vacated by the County of Santa Clara.
The vacation proceedings are pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code, beginning at section 8320.
