The Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation board Feb. 25 named Crysta Krames the nonprofit’s permanent executive director, “after an impactful tenure as interim leader.”
The foundation hired Krames, a Los Altos resident, as interim executive director in September.
“A champion of local philanthropy, Crysta brings a wealth of expertise in forging partnerships, strengthening nonprofits and mobilizing resources to meet community needs,” according to a statement from the foundation. “Under her forward-thinking leadership, LAMVCF is set to deepen donor engagement, expand collaborations and enhance support for local organizations.”
“I’m excited to drive LAMVCF into a new era of community impact, where every connection ignites strategic partnerships that transform innovative ideas into tangible programs or community initiatives that tackle local challenges head-on,” Krames said.
