Community to honor retiree after 45 years teaching

Sue Prescott-Kavinoky, a teacher at Egan Junior High School, has taught more than 9,000 students. Former students and families are gathering to say thank you to Kavinoky-Prescott 6-8 p.m. Monday at Estrellita’s Restaurant, 971 N. San Antonio Road. Appitizers will be served and dinner can be purchased at the event.
